Love is stronger than death even though it can't stop death from happening, but no matter how hard death tries it can't separate people from love. It can't take away our memories either. In the end, life is stronger than death.

I wish that here you could've stayed
However, God and his angels finally ended your pain and suffering and said your toll had to be paid.
Death may have taken your body but it did not take you
the love that we share even death cannot get through
We know you can no longer stay with us
we cannot hear your voice or see your smiling face again
but we know deep down in our hearts that you have not left us.
So as times passes our tears will dry
our hearts will mend but our love for you will never end -KAH

Of all sound of all bells... most solemn and touching is the peal which rings out the Old Year. Happy new year everyone! Year's end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us. The Old Year has gone. Let the dead past bury its own dead. The New Year has taken possession of the clock of time. All hail the duties and possibilities of the coming twelve months. And every man should reborn on the first day of January. Start with a fresh page. Take up one hole more in the buckle if necessary, or let down one, according to circumstances; but on the first of January let every man gird himself once more, with his face to the front, and learn from the thing that were or thing that past, and fight for a better tommorow

New Year's eve is like every other night; there is no pause in the march of the universe, no breathless moment of silence among created things that the passage of another twelve months may be noted; and yet no man has quite the same thoughts this evening that come with the coming of darkness on other nights. "Here's to the bright New Year, and a fond farewell to the old; here's to the things that are yet to come, and to the memories that we hold."

Everything Happens for a Reason

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there...to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or help figure out whom you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be but you lock eyes with them, you know that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way.
Every problem is actually a potential learning experience that can teach you how to live your life more effectively. In addition, sometimes things happen to you at the time that may seem horrible, painful, and unfair, but in reflection, you realize that without overcoming those obstacles you would never realize your potential, strength, will power or heart.
Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of luck. Illness, love, lost moments of true greatness, and sheer stupidity all occur to test limits of your soul.Without these small tests, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere safe and comfortable but dull and utterly pointless.
The people you meet affect your life. The successes and downfalls that you experience can create who you are, and the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them because they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart.
If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but also because they are teaching you to love and open your heart and eyes to little things. Make every day count. Appreciate everything that you possibly can, for you may never experience it again.Talk to people whom you have never talked to before, and actually listen. Let yourself fall in love, break free, and set your sights high. Hold your head up because you have every right to.
Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you do not believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you. Create you own life and then go out and live it.
